Development

Our company is continuously studying the possibilities of expanding the range of products, trying to provide a wide range of bakery and confectionery products to the Ukrainian consumer.

Our production develops in three major directions:

  • producing bread and flour goods;
  • producing pastry;
  • producing goods using the "Part Baked" technology

The high quality of our products brought us public recognition. The numerous national and regional awards speak eloquently to this fact.

History

1999

Starting with 1999 the breadbaking corporation "Kulinichi" together with the leading European producers of equipment for breadbaking started to introduce the latest technologies in the breadbaking process, which made it possible to diversify the assortment significantly. The facility was equipped with 7 automatized lines.

From the very moment of the production launch a laboratory has been functioning at the premises of the factory. It was accredited within the UkrSepro system, the experts of which monitor all the production stages, starting with the raw-material arrival and ending with the product packaging.

2007

Starting with 2007 we introduced products made with the help of "Part Baked" technology: croissants, strudels, puff pastry and buns. The technology involves stopping the preparation at 90 % with further shock-freezing it up to -18°C. This method allows to preserve the products for at least three months. Within this period the frozen good can be defreezed at any moment and cooked up to 100 %. 

2011

In order to provide steady supply of bread and flour products for the citizens of Poltava Oblast, a new breadbaking facility was launched in the city of Poltava in 2011. With the production capacity of 100 tons a day, it features a modern logistics center.

2012

In late 2011 it was decided to build a single robotized breadbaking facility to contribute to food supply security in Ukraine. The October of 2012 marked the formal opening of «Kyiv Regional Breadbaking Facility» that became the 10th complex of the company. The facility produces 250 tons of bread products in a day. It stands out due to a fully automated cycle of bread and flour products' production, a logistics center equipped with specialized vehicles for transporting flour, raw materials and goods, as well as due to its own distribution system, which is the corporate chain of bakeries.
